Carolina Ferrers culinary passion started when her aunt and godmother Cris gave her a wonderful gift that she kept from her childhood: illustrated cooking books for children. Since that moment, she started baking cookies, cakes and everything that had to do with patisserie.
This passion from her childhood led her to study Hotel Management at the Swiss University of Les Roches. There she learned not only about cooking but also discipline and many other things that maybe had more to do with life than with cuisine. When she finished her studies, she worked at the Michelin starred Thai restaurant of The Halkin Hotel in London. At The Principal, part of Grupo Tragaluz, she worked as Head waiter.
The born of Lucas meant a 180-degree spin on her life, her values didnt change but they certainly took new shapes. In that moment she decided to create her blog “La Cocina de Carolina”, linking her two passions: photography and cuisine. Happiness for her consists on creating recipes from zero, taking photographs and sharing them… but also travelling, discovering new cultures and getting steeped in them for her recipes and photographs. Because she not only photographs cuisine, but everything that inspires her.
Carolina has collaborated with brands such as Moët & Chandon, Stokke, Bombay Sapphire, BRA, Caudalie, Vodafone, Garnier, Bimbo, Cruzcampo, Raimat, Orlando, Blue Dragon, Tribu Woki, Monix, Almond Breeze, La Vieja Fábrica, Korres, Kikkoman, Frangelico, Bundt Cakes among many others. Since 2015, she has worked alongside Gala González and Ester Bellón as a lifestyle influencer weekly collaborating with the website Solarisbyme. Her meteoric career led her to be the protagonist of the cover of El País de Cataluña journal last year and also she made her first television incursion as a host of an episode on Cuina de Casa program.
